I used this in this years 500 mile RAGBRAI to keep my cool. A real life saver. I used it 2 ways: 1) soak in ice cold water and then put it under my jersey behind my neck. 2) Put under my helmet covering the back of my head, neck and ears. Worked great in over 100 degree days riding across IOWA.
