Please note that there is a $30 service charge to be borne by the customer if a legitimate credit card transaction is mistakenly disputed and a charge-back fee is imposed on us by the credit card company, eg. A wife may have used her husband's credit card to make a purchase with us and the order was delivered. However, when the credit card statement arrives, she either forgets to inform her husband or forgets about the transaction, and the husband does not recognize that transaction. As a result, he calls the bank to dispute the transaction. He subsequently checks with his wife, and realizes that the transaction is a legitimate transaction, and no longer disputes the charge. In situations like this, the bank-imposed $30 charge-back fee will be billed to you.
In stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. You will be informed of any out-of-stock or back-ordered items via email within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If you contact us to make changes to your order after it has been placed, it may delay the processing time for your order.
We do not ship to ALL international countries.

Shipping charges include handling, packaging, freight and insurance costs and are in US Dollars. Standard shipping charges are calculated based on weight and zip code and/or country. Some orders may qualify for free shipping within the USA. If your order has been shipped for free within the USA and was returned to us due to unavailability to receive delivery after multiple attempts by the carrier we use, or due to an incorrect address that was submitted with the order, there will be shipping charges imposed for the reshipment of the order.
Rush orders can only be shipped to Continental US addresses only and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Choose to ship either UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or UPS 3rd Day for rush orders. Expedited shipping charges are calculated based on weight and zip code for deliveries within the United States.

All shipments delivered by UPS and US Postal Service will be provided with tracking numbers.
If you have a coupon or discount code, please enter it at the point of check-out. Please note that only one coupon/discount code may be used per order.
